The Yoga Garage Kauai was an echoing dream in my mind and made a reality because of the endless love and creativity of my family and friends. Throughout my entire childhood my mom was a master schoolteacher and my Dad owned an amazing body shop so it only seems fitting that I get to live my dream teaching yoga in a human body shop: aka The Yoga Garage. Located in the heart of Kalaheo in the old 76 gas station I feel right @ home in this space and I hope you do too.
